AliMed’s extensive product portfolio was historically presented across multiple annual catalogs spanning acute and post-acute care. This initiative consolidated all solutions into a single, modernized product sourcebook supported by a unified visual system. I led the redesign, establishing a cohesive look and feel from cover to cover, including six color-coded product categories with custom illustrations and introductory section spreads to improve navigation. QR codes connected print to web as part of a broader digital strategy, while a simultaneous transition to new 10-digit SKUs required every product layout to be rebuilt—making this a significant undertaking for the small team I led.
